My family and I had the best and tastiest authentic syrian shawarma today, thanks to the Syrian chef Mohamad for preparing it! He was very professional in his service and prepared our meals in a timely manner. I highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant. ????????????

The Shawerma portion is too big but very dry. No tahini sauce no, mayo. Over cooked. Staff are friendly but the recipe needs to be improved.

Dear owner,

Kindly replace your cash counter person . His nationalty nepali. He is very rude behavior and he dont how to serve dish. He spoil my kabab. Plz give me training. Thanks

Taste is good but price too high for portion size / quantity. But seems better restaurant in Arabic cuisine. They give small Hammus and one bread only unlike typical Arabic restaurants were add on or huge n large n many.

Today I visited Al Safeer in Ibn Battuta Mall around 330pm. And had simply a bad experience.

The person on the counter was really annoyed by every customer coming there to order. He really didnot like to respond back and made me and other customers uncomfortable.

I ordered Humus, Sandwich Shawarma Double and Kebaba.

The cashier did not asked me is if I needed it with rice or fries. He himself put it fires. So I had to buy bread.

And also, he threw the money back to me.

Just a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming feeling from him.

Though the Kebab was really great, would have really enjoyed it if the cashier wont be that angry.

Very poor customer service by the cashier. He forgot to give us receipt with the change. When we went back to check if the food was ready after a few mins, the cashier said he doesn't remember us and cannot give food without the receipt. This caused us to panic a little and we went searching for the receipt in the wallet, at the table we were waiting etc. Then we went back to the counter again to request them. The cashier then said he remembers that we forgot to take the receipt from him and warned us saying this is the last time he is going to do a favor on us and next time we will not get the food if we forget the receipt. Isn't it the cashiers responsibility to make sure that people who order don't miss taking the receipt?

Apart from this, there were several small things which made us feel very uncomfortable and we decided we should avoid this place next time. So, one guy destroyed the whole image of this brand for us. By the way this guy was of Arabic ethnicity and could barely speak English (and short statured) so maybe he deals better with Arabic speakers.

We also felt the food was not that great and it was strange we have to pay additional 1 aed for 1 piece of Arabic bread which costs about that much for a whole pack at the supermarket.

The staff was un welcome and very rude once i wanted to order , its like I’m begging from them. Also I asked for more ketchup and cucumber they refused. Not happy at all. Also I called to complain no answer.

Table booked 7.30. Ordered about 7.50 at 8.30 went down stairs to go for a smoke and enquired about our food. Food finally arrived about 8.45. If they put you on a table upstairs good luck as we were completely forgotten about. Food is fab need to really work on service.

Fantastic tasting food and even better portions ???? Staff highly welcoming and friendly!

Mussels were absolutely amazing and the king Kong enchilada was something to behold with a hangover ????

I got the chicken curry and GOD IT WAS GOOD. And i was able to get am ice cream after that. Atmosphere was elegant. service was good! stan loona

Absolutely terrible food the last time I was there, but to be fair I've been and it's been better. Stay took their time and looked as if the didn't know what they were supposed to be doing at times.

Disappointed on my visit here. Booked table for 7pm orders taken straight away. At 8.20pm still no food. No excuse as place wasn't even busy. Eventually when it did arrive was ok but nothing special. 8 of us at table and most of our chairs were wonky and legs were loose. Tables sticky and not very clean, menus dirty and sticky. Toilets dirty and more chairs stored in there. Place needs upgraded and a good clean. Only plus was staff were attentive and friendly. Wouldn't go back.
