I recently had a terrible experience with your customer support team that has left me extremely dissatisfied with your brand. Despite being a loyal customer for many years, I was appalled by the lack of information and a proper support provided by your representatives.

Firstly, I was shocked to discover that there is no clear complaint system in place. When I reached out to your support team with a problem, I was given vague and unhelpful responses that left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I was never given a specific date for when my issue would be resolved, which only added to my growing frustration.

Furthermore, when I asked to speak with a manager to escalate my concerns, I was told that this was not possible. This is simply unacceptable. As a paying customer, I deserve the right to speak with someone who has the authority to address my concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.

The lack of information, specific dates, and managerial support has left me with no choice but to say that I will never buy a Samsung mobile device again. I cannot recommend your brand to others knowing that this is the level of service and support that you provide.

I hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve your customer support experience. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere

I like the service on Samsung Service Center in nasser Square the whole staff are very polite specially, Mr Melvin is very knowledgeable on each product and he is very helpful for each customer, very good customer service he has. I will give him 5stars,

Went for service, takes longer than required, tracking service is not existent, the Arab guy on the service counter got the wrong attitude but job well done.

Continues update, we cannot stop it- if we update the phone- takes long time, then ask for update all apps, then for less than 1 week again ask for update, if we don't do, developer put timer- everything become slow due to timer, so force to customer to update-so many years i called and told them but they don't care i wish someday go back to humanity and stop forcing update- god help them.
*** most of the time, update is very bad-
*** Ring Once is removed from new update(from last 3 years)
very bad- before it was good for ranging income- and
Alarm
*** torch will be off-(very bad) by camera
*** Alarm now looks 2D- not 3D, and most programs also
as well........

but
*** Samsung Os and program are still very easier than iPhone and
battery works longer time than iPhone.

The people who work there have no idea what they are dealing with, rude behavior from all staff please monitor their behavior and body language or change the whole employees

I called this service centre for changing my Samsung S9+ battery, as per service centre for order the battery 2 days and another 3 days for changing the battery, till that i have to keep my mobile in service centre.
Please tell me who will keep mobile for 5 days for only changing the battery!!
Please change your service centre rules for the quick service.

Never again samsung electronics !!!
Their warranty is just like expired currency notes of Belarus or 1000 rupees notes of India !!
I paid said amount to get my tv screen replaced and within 10 days the screen has come to same state, and now I have been told that it is not their fault . What happens to the warranty??
Please do not buy samsung electronics again !!!

I have a very bad experience with Samsung they took my frige before 3 weaks but until now they did not return me. This service is very very very bad service in the Dubai i need to call for the fallow up they didn't call me ????????????????????

Huge car boot on A3 . Got there for 6.30 am to sell stuff. Already heaving. Well organised. Plenty of places for food and drink. Toilets are okay, but don't flush well.
A lot of staff directing. £15 a car to sell. £2 a car to buy.
A fun way to spend a morning.

Great place to sell. First time here and enjoyed the morning. Met some lovely people. Very well run and lots of buyers. Will certainly be back. Plenty to eat and drink and some bargains to spend your takings on!! I would have given 5 stars, it was just the toilets were not great.

The car boot is great, however, when they say there is lengthy queues to get out, they are NOT wrong. We have currently been sat for over 2hours just to get out. Still nowhere near the exit. The marshaling needs to be MUCH better organised. I won't be back.

Although it's a busy place for sellers. Buyers have to burn half a tank of their petrol to get out of the field. Very poorly run, with only one exit they need a better system. Don't waste your time sitting in traffic all morning.

Poor experience. Expensive pitch and hard nosed customers made it very hard to make any money at all. Inundated with people asking for specific items when we were unloading before 7:30 - not supposed to be there.

Completely rubbish and not worth it!!! We we arrived at 12:20 noon where there was no one and for the entry itself some man who did not know the English language demanded money on exit I do not recommend!! Don't waste your money!!!

Nearly 2 hours to leave the carpark/feild. System is shocking. Won't be coming back. What am I paying £2 for?? If you are aware of Issues or planned road works with the a3 on exit, don't open. Would like to add that when leaving with the absolute carnage I had someone crash in to the back of me and witnessing another just after with sheer desperation to get out of the feild. Madness how this carnage happens. Nut Hill carboot needs to get a better system and offering an actual service before grabbing money from the public.

Love this car boot, it's great for dogs and kids it's fairly large, pay on the way out, always such a variety of people
