One of the staff called Sophie failed to refund back my money I had paid her to process two tourist visas. Yet she promised to give me a refund but after a while of demanding her for the money, she stopped responding back to my texts

So fake
I applied for visa since end of Jan up to now they dnt even respond to my texts and no refund. That lady Sophie is a spam she is now talking about visa change and extension in her response yet I was clearly applying a visa for someone who wa not even in Dubai who wanted to come on visit, as one of the reviewers mentioned these people change colors so fake customer care i doubt they ecen apply for the visaz

Scammers .. be careful. The company owner ASHRAF took my money for issuing visa and disappeared, he isn’t responding on whatsapp nor answering my calls, just be careful dealing with him.

big liars.. you're office is abandoned, your phone and mobile numbers are invalid.. you're not responding on Whatsapp.. the Visa application you're talking about is not rejected and still pending as you didn't provide IDs .. a case have been filed against Ashiraf Mutebi and will see if this business will continue or not. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE, THEY WILL BE LIKE ANGELS IN THE BEGINING UNTIL THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR

Disaster company
Applied for a visit visa through my friend who recommended me but up to now I have not yet got my visa when I requested for cancellation n refund they told me it will take like a month to reflect back in their system for them to process the refund but it's 3 months now.
Sophie and the whole of this company are not legit I wouldn't advise anyone to use them

U people are scammers... I hope my review saves some other people... Please people be aware that this company is for scammers all they will do is to take up money bt not deliver any service to u.. N they will not compensate or help you in any other way... Stay alert????

Wow, what an incredible experience! I highly recommend booking Sophia from Swift Tours & Travels for your Dubai Safari day. We enjoyed dune bashing, quad biking, camel riding and an immersive 7 course meal, which was all included in the package. Not only was it an unforgettable experience, but the amazing pictures Sophia & the team took are superb memorabilia.
