Terrible experience on 24 April during lunch time. Staff getting the order wrong. Food getting served in reverse order. Staff admitting to being understaffed. Quality of food depressing, to say the least. Check the attached pic of hummus with meat. Absolute joke!!!!!!! 28 AED for a bowl smeared with hummus and soaked in olive oil and a drop of something resembling a meat paste. Suggestion to the owners, shut this place down to avoid disappointment to regular customers like us. NEVER COMING BACK TO YOU.

I used to like this restaurant a lot, but in addition to the high prices, the taste is no longer the same as before. We ordered mixed grills but the rice tasted off. Also, the meat tastes not like before. I know that the return of previous prices is a difficult wish to happen, but I hope at least that keep the good taste that was before. Thanks

Located in Deira city centre 3rd floor, choosing Hatam was meant to be more of a refreshing change from our usual spots. The restaurant had ample seating and a good atmosphere.
The service was not upto the mark. The servers weren't too positive or cheerful.
The mix grill options were good and items were brought in quickly after a slow start.
But compared to most grill specialty restaurants, Hatam didn't match on levels of quality.
So for the moderately high prices, the good didn't match up to it.

Additionally, even though we didn't face too much of a delay, customers next to us were complaining about the slow service and were planning to leave.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Seriously. I came there and not one staff was cheerful or happy that they had a customer came in when their restaurant was empty. Food was the only reason i went there and it was great. But I ain’t comming back from that negative atmosphere from the staff.

The food was decent, I had mixed grills with rice and lamb chops with fries. Portions were really good. The Humus with meat was decent. The only thing that let me down was the taste. There were no flavours in the food at all. Fries are good when they are hot other than that rock hard.

First time trying this persian dish called Zereshk Polo Ba Morgh along with iced tea for dinner. There are other persian dishes that I would like to try on my next visit.

Hatam restaurant is well known irani based restaurant u can taste different types of rices and kebabs .. price little high but quality of food awesome

I wonder why customers still comes to this kind of below average restaurants, the service is too slow, waiters are less, and you can’t get one of them looking at you, he or she are always busy running from here to there, I believe that the management having issues hiring professionals enough waiters and staff.
The food flavor is beyond accepted, no flavor in all dishes, quantities and portions were small, and their price is not matching.
Sorry for tough review, but this restaurant need to have their hard disk formatted, and having new fresh installation, maybe then you will have a chance to a fresh start.
