The Egyptian agent who is working at virgin kiosk at DCC mall is really a worst guy. He can't even talk to customer in a proper way.. such a rude behavior he is having with alot of ego and attitude. I won't prefer anyone to visit or to buy any virgin products from that guy who is working at DCC MALL KIOSK as a sales representative..

Non existing customer support. I bought a 12 month plan and Virgin Mobile disconnected it after 2 months.
They also deleted my App on my phone so I cannot contact their customer service.

I recommend any provider other than Virgin Mobile.

Bought a SIM at the Virgin Kiosk inside Carrefour Deira city centre. Worst customer service ever experienced in Dubai. The lady was incompetent and rude at the same time. One star review is even too much
