We were out bargain hunting at the Outlet Mall when we came accross Hatam. They have the Entertainer voucher so we went in and gave it a go. We ordered the Tikka and Kabab, mixed rice and Lamb Baghla Polo. The mixed rice was awesome. It was my first time to have rice with pomegranate on it. It was served on a platter including butter on the side in 3 variations: saffron, with beans and with pomegranate bits. The tikka and kabab was just ok. It wasn't bad but I've had better. What I liked the most was the Lamb. It was very tender, fall-off-the-bone goodness. I would love to go back and try something else next time, especially the desserts.

Hatam is the iranian restaurant inside the outlet mall. We had mixed kabab, Food was good. Entertainer offer was available here.

Good atmosphere, but the bread wasn't really good. Some pieces of the bread were burned and left a disgusting taste in your mouth. The staff were moving rapidly, and i didn't have the chance to tell them what I wanted.

First time had grilled items served cold in Dubai in 12 years. After bringing it up they microwaved the food which made it very dry and served. Glasses for water was served after 2 -3 reminders.
Very bad service, don't come here, if you like hot served food.

Sultani for 66 AED , served with nothing , no soup , no sauce. Little fries in the dish . So cheap .
Biriany chicken was OK. Rice portion not generous .

They served bread . Bread was nice .

Friendly atmosphere; no pressure from the restaurant to order extra…Food was delicious. There is distance btw the tables which is very good… we were full after the lunch

It is an Iranian restaurant.Ambience is good.The food quality is average.I felt that the price is little bit high.The hospitality of the staffs were good.This restaurant is located in the ground floor of outlet mall.

Delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients. The bread was fresh and the poached eggs were perfect! Friendly staff made for a great experience all round. The only critique would be to provide an outdoor eating and drinking area that is smoke/vape free so non smokers can enjoy the alfresco experience too. This is a common issue with many eateries but would certainly add a nice touch if it could be facilitated. Thank you for your warm welcome, great hospitality and fantastic food. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Had a great time here last night, 18th Sept. fantastic service from the young sandy coloured haired lad. 5 shots for a tenner. They pick so you don’t know what you get, brilliant idea. And great value. The toilets are canny and worth a visit for blokes anyway. Mainly young crowd, music too low for me.

Stopped for a morning breakfast. Great quality food, freshly cooked to order. Bacon was proper chunky bacon, sausages were tasty and seasoned.

The only criticism would be that the service wasn't overly helpful. We had to ask how we ordered and where to sit. A little more direction from the staff would put people at ease and make them feel valued.

I don't go very much. Its roomy, clean and the staff are lovely. Recently had a disco there and had a great night dancing. The outside area is perfect for good weather. Haven't tried the food yet but I've heard it's lovely.

Homely, friendly, clean and just a lovely atmosphere. I would highly recommend spring villa for food and drink.

Really enjoyed our few visits to the place. Good food, great for watching all sports, and the kids enjoyed it too.
