This is the worst Hatam restaurant in the UAE! I love their Kubideh kebab as it's very delicious and juicy but the one I got was very dry and had 0 flavor! I told the person at the counter who was the only person working there by the way that I want the saffron rice with pomegrenate on it and I wanted and extra kebab and a coke. The order came with regular rice instead of the saffron rice with dried pomegranate and the kebab was very dry and hard and had no flavor at all. He didn't get me the coke and there was no butter even like they usually give you. Last time ever eating there!

This is the worst Hatam I have been to! Very dry and no flavor! Only one person working who is taking the orders and preparing the food himself! Total rip off I wouldn't eat there again even if they paid me!

I always thought Hatam is a good restaurant but I was mistaken.

I visited Hatam at Nakheel Mall and ordered a plate of chicken and a Mutton minced Kabab with Humous. I had to pay AED 92, which is quite expensive if you look at the qty given, but thought it would still be worth it. But to my disappointment, I never had the worst mean in my life that that.

The kebabs were tatseless; Humous had no flavour. It was a sheer disappointment. The person at the country still argued to justify it is fresh and good.

I have a very, very bad experience with Hatam. I will never have the courage again to try Hatam again.

Just had a meal (Chicken Platter) and got an absolute disappointment at 48 dhs. Dry kebabs, stale bread, no flavor at all. This isn't Hatam at all. Not recommended
