Worst food in the Oasis food court. We ordered for mixed kabab and what we got is a waste. If you get a chance to have food from the food court of Oasis mall, never choose this place

Very bad customer service, staffs don't smile or greet the customers politely, have a very rude attitude. Also during they don't give an iftar opening kit of dates, fruits & water. That's the basic you can give your customers when your food is anyway charged higher.

One of the worst experiences we had with Hatam. The place used to be a "safe choice" of food in view of quality and taste, but today was really different. We were served cold food, yougurt that is more of soup, a tasteless tabbooleh and a colorful rice with no taste whatsoever. The meat and chicken skewers were super dry with a chewy texture. The only edible food was the fries and hommus.

Today we took a parcel from hatam and both chicken shish tawook and hamour were completely disappointing.
Chicken was raw and the fish had no flavor.
Very low standard of food
Never orfdrr from this restaurant again

One star that the Filipino star was helpful and bit polite. The taste of the food honestly doesn’t deserve even one star. It wasn’t even worth taking photos.

I went to oasis mall for shopping. I saw this place and ordered mixed grill for myself. Food was ready in 10 minutes . But their customer service was very bad . My tray didn't have a fork . I went back and asked a guy to give me a fork. He tried to look a fork for me and found one . But I noticed guy wasn't wearing gloves . I requested him to wash a fork for me . He throw the fork back and said he dont have a fork anymore . I paid 48 Durham for my food but I was treated so bad .
