Very dissatisfied by the staff. Seemed like they don’t like their job. Not the slightest bit of positive energy from the cashier
I ordered a twister and was surprised to see that kfc could serve it this badly.
There was very little sauce and the bread was broken and hard. The inside was all over the place and it was not wrapped properly either.
Worst kfc experience so far.

Located in the Left side corner of the food court .

Staffs were knowledgeable about the items and food was served in 20mins .

The fries were very small and tiny . Chicken was yummy and juices piece’s could have been better .

Ok. Recommended

Great place and serves nice crispy chicken variety of items with Freiston and drinks.

My favourite is Twister sandwich spicy with cheese and spicy fries.

They also got something called spicy chicken wings in 9 AED which is worth a try.

Staff seem weary and do not appear to be enjoying their work. Please recruit enough manpower and keep the staff pleased because the place is busy with a lot of customers. I'm sorry they serve the consumer in such a miserable state.Order takes toolong to serve

Today I ordered battle box meal with extra spicy fries in oasis branch. Price was 29 AED. They told it is spicy so the price is more for this. They served without spicy fries and twister and chicken was not spicy. Simply they took extra money. I am not satisfied with their service.

Cheating staff.
We ordered lays flaming hot, staff told us to wait for 15 minutes and the provided the regular spicy chicken. I complained them and the staff not agree with us and and they took time to prepare the lays flaming. The staff are really worst.

I work in Oasis Mall and a regular customer to KFc. I always ask for a take away and the staff when asked for a bigger bag the staff just gives a weird look. I mean what, i dint ask for dine in I asked for takeaway .. Do you expect me to take my meals just in my hand then y should i ask for a take away. You guys should have appropriate bags for takeaway. How do you think a customer will take his/her meals. Staff is soo rude and no proper customer service. Please train them specially the africans and one Indian/Nepali lady.
