I was dreading starting the process of choosing and buying a reliable used car but Ian made it a pleasure and easy peasy. Ian was very helpful, even after hand over, he took the time to help me choose seat covers

We called in, just looking for a little runabout car for my brother in law, the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Helped us out, went out of their way to accommodate our schedules and helped us to easily buy a car. No hassles, no issues, just straight up helpful, threw in a few extras (new wipers, wheel caps). All cars are clean and guaranteed for 12 months. Definitely recommend.

Now that I have passed my test and have started to drive on the road confidently on my own. I would like to pass my thanks on to both Mark and Ian.

Mark went out of his way and couldn't have done anymore, he spent time going through the car with us e g. Service History, Tax, insurance etc. He took my dad out for a test drive, then came back, and took allowed me to sit in the passenger seat whilst he took me out for a test drive to ensure it was the car for me as I hadn't passed my test at this point.

Ian was very knowledgeable and ensured the car left the garage to a high standard, he booked it in for a service and full clean, he even ordered new mats for the vehicle.

I am one very happy car owner and will definitely use Redcae Motors again and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Brilliant service provided by Ian and Mark. I was skeptical about buying cars from dealers through bad experiences in the past. They went above and beyond for me, customer service is excellent, and more importantly I trust and believe them. I would definitely recommend and would definitely buy another car from them. I've just bought a lovely Kia Picanto from Redcar Motor Company and what a pleasant experience that was. Ian and the team were very professional and courteous. The site was a joy to behold with cars being displayed so each one could be fully inspected. They offered 12 months Warranty, 12 months AA membership and a years MOT. If you are thinking of buying a used car then Redcar Motor Company should be first on your list. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

What a pleasurable experience I had today My car was due in for replacement of a small switch and within 30mins I had a call to say car was ready.
Wherelse would you get that service.
