It’s impossible to reach the reservation team By phone i believe such high rates for rooms deserve better customer call center but i think by that way customers will call to ask for special request for units location and that’s something will limit occupancy.

I booked two nights : one night at the dome and one night at damani lodges “Premium Lodge” with highest picturesque mountain views & outdoor terrace it was terrible as the dome room was near the main road full of buggies and u cant relax even as the sound is too loud . Our unit D02 and i believe all units are similar from 1-8 they are near the buggies road , dome itself is not clean and the clear nylon window as displayed on website is nothing to compare to reality its so scratched and dirty you can barely see outside . so make sure to call “ if they even answer” before you book.

For Premium Lodge with highest picturesque mountain views & outdoor terrace it was a pity that our room 21 was near the zip line screams and ATV noise was extremely high with no privacy at all buggies was parking in-front of room door and all zip line visitors was watching us everytime we are in our balcony .

When we asked for a replacement room as expected they said “ sorry we have no rooms we can downgrade the room but with no refund ” even though the next day a guest checked in a empty unit nearby.

Fire place is horrible at damani lodges you need tons of wood for it and , room ac isn’t working for heating mode so better to bring your portable heater as the one they provide was not able to heat itself.

Showers are not clean and hot water last for 3-7 minutes.

Food is horrible don’t ever order from the resturant they recommend , try to bring your own if you ever visit.

At the end camping in a tent at hatta dam would be a similar experience so why to go for this.

Like the others have mentioned, same issue I have faced.
It is impossible to reach them and there is no consideration and unfortunate or unexpected incidents which lead to cancelation of booking. I will continue to escalate this issue to Consumer Rights. They think they can get away by harassing clients in this manner.

Offf..What a worst experience dealing with these guys. Since last three weeks trying to get in touch with them, to get the booking done, but neither do they respond on phone nor on emails.
Getting in touch with them itself has become so agonizing, I don't know what will happen, when we go there. Now I am reading some of the reviews and understanding that I am not the only one who has gone through this.
Definitely not recommended.

Excellent place for staycation, away from the City. The actual Domes are situated a distance away from entrance/reception/parking, but that's a bonus if you like it quiet. You are either a short walk away from the Hub (u003c1km) or a call way for a 4x4 Buggy to get you in and out.

We were situated right outside the Green walking trail, which was great for us beginners (with a toddler), spending the morning/evening hiking to the Hub or towards the Starlight Dam.

Would definitely come back again, just the freeing air and back to nature feel was energising for us.

I was really upset that I was given a tent where the window is very blurry and other tents has a clear window. When i called them they asked housekeeping to clean but no change as you see in photo. They asked me to call the manager tomorrow to talk to him.
Although I paid same amount like other and they are aware of this issue they still rent it to people with same price like others. They also know i am celebrating my anniversary and still they gave me this tent (no. 08) ???????????????? very disappointing

The worst place ever. Believe me guys usually I don't write comments but the place is not private at all you will hear the tents next to you like they are sitting with you . The staff not professional and not friendly at all and they will not help you if you ask for anything. They told me that the buggy cars work only from 9 am to 9 pm but unfortunately they were moving all the time 24 hours so they cause too much loud and to much sand you will not be able to sleep even . The rate is overpriced and there are no equipments for the bbq even water you have to bring every tiny thing.

Again " the staff " not professional at all.

Save your day and mood and don't book with them .

This rate concerns only reception management process as I just arrived now at the hotel (29th March 2022)! A disaster at reception they kept saying the room will be ready asap but it looks it never end and we were keeping waiting so long with my family.... After a while I just had to be absent few minutes to pick something in my car and once I get back I saw the guy from reception gave one dome room to someone who registered 15 minutes after me.. Do you think it is fair? Waiting with my 2 kids under the sun...

Well let's start by it was overpriced based on all you get there, the experience Was a good one, thought it Will be mor isolated but it's not, had faced 6am construction sounds which ruined our morning however we have enjoyed the night, grilling and the fire pet.

There is a market and activities in the same area that you gotta visit and has some activities to do, kids will enjoy it, prices can be a bit pricy.

Overall, we have enjoyed it and I beleieve one night there is more than enough unless you do have activities to dom

Hints: bring all of your stuff for the grilling night meaning the food, charcoal, drinks, etc. They'll only give you the grill, if there are no grates (net) you can ask them for it, if you could not bring the food you may get it from a place called BBQ there.

There is a fire pet so bring on your woods too.
