It was closed for a visit when I visited (22.04.23)..
Some road construction is also in process..
Security told it's closed .. May be in some months will take to open it..
After opening this will be a good attraction near hatta dam..
People can visit during Hatta dam trip..
Good landscape view ????..
Can spend some time with friends or family..

Beautiful amazing place, just takes negative energy out of you!
You can find big parking down there with (clean) public toilets and some snacks restaurants, and up there are another snacks trucks beside the tickets booth
We arrived around 2pm on December 19, it wasn’t crowded, more people started coming after 4pm, weather was amazing you just need to bring a blazer in case of cold wind.
I recommend to bring your own food or snacks because there’s isn’t variety of choices for food or drinks, I tried french fries and it was good.

Visit the location 23-07-2023 but there was no lake. Observed some construction is ongoing at the location. Looks like the place is under rennovation. Better plan your trips before comming here.

Water all year round. Best to be visited early or later in the day closer to sunset. There isn't a picnic area or any food etc on site.

Basically a giant dam with a paved access road to the top. The access road is quite steep and requires some care driving both ways.

You aren't allowed to swim in the lake or fish and access to the water's edge is restricted to only a kayak/paddle boat/motorised boat rental.

Worth seeing in parallel with the nearby and original 'waterdam' - a bit trickier to find but work at it!

Beautiful views but limited dam top level parking

Difficult to climb to reach the top to see kayaks etc or to visit a cafeteria. Elderly cannot walk that much. Parking on the bridge is impossible as it's narrow. Didn't quite like it.

The views are nice , what u can see there from the top of the bridge is the lake only plus mountains.
