The villa is really nice and extremely private. The only reason i gave it 3 stars was because the service wasn’t that great. We had 2 helpers and 1 was nice while the other seems slightly rude. Each room only had 1 towel even though it’s a room for 2 people. And when we asked for mole toilet paper and tissues we were told by the helper that she put all new rolls and boxes even though we could see they weren’t new. I feel like there should be a storage room with basic necessities like towels, toilet rolls, tissues, etc. open for the guests since the helper clearly doesn’t want to help. One side note is that the wasps were a little bothersome and I noticed a fig tree probably why they needed the wasps but they were everywhere

We had an absolutely delightful time ! The grounds are beautifully manicured and well maintained. The interior of the house is so beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The grounds keepers Rose and Faith were lovely and accommodating. So helpful in every way, making us feel at home. The breakfast in the morning was a lovely touch. the only recommendation I have is more kitchen utensils.

We had a great time in hatta royal house we will definitely come back for atleast 2 days. We ordered hot chocolate and it was worth it very tasty. A special thank you to rose and the other lady (sorry forgot her name) for taking care of us in all possible way they made our stay special. Thank you team we will definitely visit this place again.

Very nice and luxurious stay in this lovely house. The place is very quiet and great for getaway days. Service is great and you can get service from ladies only for privacy.

Highly recommended for families.

My little one did the mini trek and loved it. the instructor was friendly and made all the kids feel at ease. The set up is safe and at no point did i feel that my child was in danger. Great to be out doors and in the fresh air.

A very engaging experience, world definitely go again. The challenges progressively get harder the further your progress, and mini zip wires are dotted throughout the course. At the end is a massive zip line that takes you over the lake, with wonderful views. The course takes about 45 mins to an hour to complete.

The tree trekking was ideal for kids 7+ years old. Took about 30mins to get round. Couple of mini zip wires. Staff following the whole way. Ladders to get down if needed. This isnt the larger aerial adventure which goes much higher or the smaller trek for toddlers

Highly recommend the challenge that ends with the zip wire across the lake. Amazing experience. We completed in the pouring rain but this just made it more of a rush ????
