Good Morning

Hello team. Today really had a dinner there its very horrible. And person they cant eat what your providing on table. We are paying the cost try to do at least something good. Its my request. Anyway will not gonna come again there.

This Restaurant is fully commercial!

ordered ambur chicken Biryani, Butter chicken, butter naan and 2 Karak chai (no salad provided), after we ate, we left butter chicken and we do not want waste and we asked waiter to pack and he packed in a small plastic box usually we get samara in a box for idly or dosa in the same restaurant but for us he charged even for that small box, it is a penny but the restaurant owner is not looking at what we have ordered and how much bill we paid all he want is to charge for the small plastic box that we took for parcel

Never have food like this .. we order some food and they telling there recipe is like that that they giving the chicken kheema with bones. And we Paying for that. I never suggested this restaurant for. Any one .

I found in my dinner salad Mouse waste (Rat)have taken pictures & videos already to file a complaint. My all family got food poison but the waiter have apologised for the same. i still could not accept his apology ,i wanted to give them a high warning on this issue and file a complaint against them for it was not a small incident. how horrible it is. however, i would like to notify everyone to be careful when you eat at this restaurant. specially when you go along with your kids.

Don’t Go there for eat
.
I went to there from JVC with family. We were sitting on there, waiting 15 minutes & No one came to us for take the order then I went to cashier and I told him please come for order than He came for take order after 10 mint.
.
We ordered and finished the “Dinner”
.
After we informed him to pack the “Kabab and Etc… and he packed and handover to us.

.
We took and keep in our hand . After we reached at home JVC. My baby was hungry than I opened the parcel for baby but it was not same as we ordered.
.
Than I called to hotel concern person for this wrong parcel that guy is not listed to me properly and rudely, he told me that this is your responsibility to open parcel and blemish me. I told him that normally no one check parcel because if we order or informed to pack than your waiter has responsibility to give us correct one .

We went there for dinner and we had a very bad experience
Budget friendly but hospitality is worst
First of all this place is not hygienic
They kept dirty plates and glasses on the table and when we told them to change it they didn't bother at all
And they don't have the knowledge about customer service.
We will never visit again...

Very bad experience, customer service 0 percentage, when we asked for coleslaw for second time they brought which was left by some.other customer earlier and when went to complain to the reception the old guy who was doing the billing and all at front ,not even agreed or apologized for what there waiter has been done, quality and taste wise 0 percent too.Will not recommend to anyone.

It's very bad delivery service here...
I will order for delivery ,they say 20 mnts and am waiting for 1 hour and more , after I will cancel the food and my time is also waste ......
