An ongoing less than stellar quality of products and customer service. They have delivered items of different spec than ordered, postponed/ delayed/ no-show/ show up late at various appointed timings to rectify the mistakes (which still have not been resolved). They have refused to answer calls or reply messages. They have also assigned responsibilities to various individuals who conveniently are unreachable at all times and or important times when needed. They claim that clients do not know what clients want and being over demanding in the quality of the goods, despite being shown the photographic evidence and video evidence of the defects (as attached) that came from the factory directly. They will also claim it’s simple and small issues, no need to exaggerate the problem, but at the same time the alleged small issues require up to 2 weeks (and still counting) to be resolved. Remains to be seen if the issues can or will be rectified, if ever.

Overall smooth transaction and progress.
Even the salesperson, guide me and make some suggestions for better furniture fits on our office, Ms Susan.
The table was nice and comfortable workspace..
Hoping for other transaction for them..Keep it up..

I rate them 100/100. Excellent job work ; superbly executed my designs. I found perfection even in their labor team. After a long time I came across someone who implemented every intricate of the details of the design. Quality is amazing and the customer service is excellent. The delivery guys were amazing as well. ????????????????????
I give them 5 stars ⭐️ s and a super duper in design execution, delivery, quality, team work, etc

UPDATE: the exact same thing they do to all negative reviews; a Bvllsh.t answer and no follow up or not fixes whatsoever. Whatsmore, I dont even want them to fix it; because they are extremely rude and offer poor service.

What a terrible company. Sales is poor and gives incomplete information, the execustion is even worse. Took them over 4 weeks to install and still full of damages which they want to fix with "touch ups". Always late and the workers are not 100% there
(may have been drinking or something else)....One managed to vaccuum saw dust with a vacuum which was not switched on!!

Promise after promise makes it all only worse.

In any other country this company would be forbidden and put out of business. DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER HERE!

I recently bought a working desk from Highmoon Furniture Shop, and I'm extremely impressed with the quality and service. The desk is beautifully made and feels very sturdy. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding me to find the perfect desk for my needs. The whole experience, from selection to delivery, was smooth and hassle-free.
