I was serviced by counter 4, a lady called Salama. She went an extra mile just to provide an extra ordinary customer service and all finished in just few minutes. Excellent customer service, Would appreciate if I can find out her full name

The service is mostly quick with short waiting time usually 5 minutes. The typest also usually finish the request quickly so if you are lucky you can finish within 10 to 15 minutes depending on the transactions you are doing.

The staff is extremely helpful n specially at the reception. They r more knowledgeable. They hv supervisors who constantly monitor the staff n customer relations.. offer help n make sure that no customer is waiting too long

Have had the BEST experiences at this center. Most people were friendly and helpful. Took care of my and my child's needs and even provided my son with a snack because we had been at the center for extended time.

I got my golden visa and my family members golden visa without any problems. Ms Maitha is so kind and professional, she took care of everything during whole process. I will recommend this centre for GOLDEN VISA processing since they have expert staff in this field. I personally thank Ms Maitha for her expert support.

There are 11 counters for ID applications, only of them have employees sitting on the counter, and of those only 3 are calling numbers, I took a number and there were 9 in front of me in the queue, took more than 2 hours to finish, employees do not call the next number when they finish l, they chat and just sit there for long time before calling the next waiting customer.
All in all, very bad experience and big waste of customers' time

Amer Barsha outlet is located at ideal spot with ample parking spot. All staff into typing is very kind and accommodating. Fast service ,

Only drawback is staff at reception . They throw bad attitude and body language towards the customer . Both men and women at reception need serious training.
