Friendly Staff, the cleanliness was spot on. The bed linen were newly washed and bathrooms were pristine. The housekeeping staff Cheryl was very friendly and cleaned the rooms to a high standard that exceeded our expectations.
The staff are all so friendly and always smile and make you feel welcome. Natasha that was in charge of the executive lounge was so helpful and friendly.
The hotel is very beautiful and has a luxurious feel. We enjoyed our stay and would give this hotel 10/10 for everything. You just cannot go wrong and I would highly recommend it.

The most amazing experience ever, from kind hospitable staff who are very helpful to extremely clean facilities and beautiful architecture and design. So much fun to be had at this amazing hotel for families. Excellent staff, great customer service and fantastic facilities and restaurants. The breakfast was great too. Great location and enjoyable pool. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday. When we arrived that night, the staff had our room decorated with birthday cake and balloons. The stay was absolutely amazing. We had a beach view with was so beautiful. The staff, along with housekeeping made our stay so welcoming and comfy. Special thanks to Priyanka, she made sure that our room was clean and that we had everything we needed. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10!

My husband and I came to the Hilton for his birthday and our honeymoon. The room was beautifully decorated thanks to Kamila in guest relations who ensured both our occasions were properly celebrated.

The views from the balcony are pleasant and you can enjoy a view of the beach. The room itself is to the standard you would expect from the Hilton.

Our room was always immaculate thanks to the speedy and efficient housekeeping staff. Ashok ensured everything was spotless and was always available to provide extra towels or clean rubbish, I cannot fault his service!

The stay has been more than pleasant and we could not be happier with the experience we have had. We will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton a palm Jumeirah, and I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the lady concierge Pamela.Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to assist made my stay truly memorable.

From the moment I approached the concierge desk, her warm smile and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. She took the time to listen attentively to my needs and provided valuable recommendations and insights about the local area. Her extensive knowledge of nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options greatly enhanced my stay.

An average hotel which in my opinion does not deserve the praise. My main problem was with the rude staff, was not expecting it. I also had an instance where the elevator was wet and I slipped and fell, not very pleasant. The pool is supposed to be adults only but that is not the case. Sun beds were stained and dirty. The lifeguard was warm and in front of all of the guests decided to swim in the pool with her clothes and shoes on for no real purpose. The restaurant services average at best. Would not recommend.

My trip overall was very memorable but concierge Jon demonstrated hospitality in a way that is seldom experienced in hotels. I had an issue trying to book a day trip with my partner and Jon not only helped sort it out but his approach made me feel like he was genuinely caring about the quality of my experience. He gave excellent recommendations and it’s obvious he knows Dubai well. He is an asset to the Hilton
