Wonderful place to eat, the food is great and good variety, the staff are really friendly, polite and fast. We are a family of six, staying at the Hilton Palm, half board in peak heat August. A little let down, in a hot country, hitting 45c why would you charge for water! Why spoil it. Everything else is perfect. #hilton #palm #dubai #mowsem

• Atmosphere:
9/10, It is a spacious restaurant with outdoor and indoor sitting options The place is just amazing. Everything from the terrace to lighting, the view is well put together and the interior design of the restaurant is just amazing.
• Cleanliness:
10/10, Very clean and neat. From tables to forks I was satisfied.
• Food & Drinks:
8/10, Fantastic buffet the variety impressed me, the food and sweets just to perfection special thanks to Shakthi Prashath bakery chef (see attached photos).
Buffet costs around 170 to 190dhs per person not including drinks.
Staff Expertise:
8/10, The service and the attentiveness of the staff were polite, helpful, and lovely.

10/10, Valley parking is available at the main entrance.

We had our Iftar dinner at Mawsem and the service was really good.Annita was very helpful.
She assisted us with all our requests.

We love the place! We’ve spent hours at Mowsem and it was a great pleasure thanks to the team! Jenny, Enoc and Denis special thanks to you guys! We will miss you much! Hope to see you again soon!

One of the poorest Iftar buffets that i have ever had in Dubai in the past 14 years. Not recommended at all.
Overall rating would be 6/10
A hilton should do better.

Every-time when we visit it’s a good vibe I really love , the food variety. This time we went for dinner Iftar with an outdoor seating overlooking terrace and pool. Thanks to all staffs and especially the restaurant manager Ms Raffaella Grieco.

Ashley and Irene were very helpful and professional. Their service was amazing. They were constantly serving us and provided all the teas and coffees we needed.

Enoc is awesome. Great service. Booked on SupperClub and got a great discount applied to the bill without a discussion. Lovely because I was entertaining a freind
