Pathetic service and pathetic staff at reception ..Rude and with no experience of hotel management..

I ve stayed in different hotels of Dubai but this is the first hotel I feel so pathetic

Great hotel but the bathrooms could be a bit more maintained. There was a bit of rust and moss under the toilet and the door hinges.

Comfy bed and central cooling.

Not sure why the maid came and cleaned without permission while I was out, not that I'm complaining but just felt odd.

Stayed there for 2 nights, kinda expensive but it is what it is.

I loved my stay, very Quiet and clean rooms.
Reception service very good.
Only one issue is the noise of water frequently can be heared.
Housekeeping was good.
Its located behind Al Muraqabat Police station.
Nearby metro stations are Abu Baker Siddique, Salah Din and Rigga.

Pathetic staff. Everything is smelly here. Not cleaned at all. Very unprofessional kitchen staff. Food is so unhealthy and unhygienic. Rooms are so not cleaned at all. Not recommended at all.

I like the room lightening , and that the place is quiet, to be fair I just stayed two nights, but during this short stay I asked them two times to fix the hot water, they just said ok and no action.

Perfect place to stay! Everything about hive hotel is great. Beautiful room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff and a perfect location! In fact it was when i stayed at hive hotel that i know what hospitality is all about.see you guys soon by next trip????

Green light can't switch off you can't feel sleepy also the ac make sounds don't feel good sleep ????
