Overall, it was a really disappointing experience and we wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Being our first time, we had high hopes and were excited to try something new but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. From the bad reheated food to the warm and watered-down beer, nothing seemed to go right. And to top it off, they didn't even accept card payments, which was not communicated to us beforehand. We'll definitely be finding a better spot next time.

To be honest, the place looks so cool! The performer were amazing too, the service was excellent,good food too! Overall it was okay!

Never go to this place,. Their not giving the salary of people who serves you, they dont even provide visas for the poor people who work for them. Many employees left because they weren't issued visa, and worst of all they did not give their salaries! If youre thinking to go there think of these people first how they will serve you like special people but in yhe end they will suffer its like spending your money for the scammers to enjoy! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! 1 star is way too much for the owners of this business????i hope Baladia and Labour Dept will close this business permanently.

Worst service I’ve ever had so far. Not even deserve to have 1 star. I can’t believe the unprofessional behavior I’ve experienced with them for example:
-nobody come to our table to inform us while we are waiting. Even the manager itself.
-dont even care about us while waiting for such a long hour (waiting for almost 2hrs, Thats unbelievable)
-lie when they told us that they are preparing our order, but the truth is they dont have enough stock yet to make our food ready
-accept us even if they know that they can’t accommodate us at the first place
-no manager we can talk (choose to avoide us rather than to compromise)
-rude waitress and waiters / negative attitude /arrogant

To make a long story short, we end up for nothing and got no choice but to cancel our order. And when we did that, thats the only time the waitress told us that they are preparing our food and asking another 30mins. Like seriously? After waiting for such an hour… not even one staff confronted us.

Its so sad that you are expecting from your co-filipino to provide you a good service (bcos thats what we are known for) or treat you in a right way atleast, but offer you the opposite. Didn’t even say sorry or something for wasting our time and effort.. If you guys wanted to experience a bad service, please visit them..

Bad experience, first and last, totally flat beer no co2. The beer is not cold. Very hot,service very bad. Cheaper price dont go.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Come here if you want attitude. Nowadays, there are many digital wallets and hopefully, you have something that works for your customers, not asking them to go out and withdraw a cash.

It's our first time to visit tipsy top resto bar, and it was amazing the ambiance was cool, the service was excellent especially to charmie, a very accomodating and always smiling I'll love to visit again with friends,????❤️

Food we are waiting for 50mins to be exact and waitress was very rude!! Rudest waitress I ever experienced.
