As per Al Firas website, the 500gm box is 60dhs. However, when I purchased it in store, they are charging me 70dhs. Moreover, the expiry date is not mentioned on the box. The sticker has been placed on top of the production date.

This is the most racist place I have visited in UAE in nearly a decade. I have just visited this place with my family & none of the staff greeted or interested to serve. They didn’t bring one of my order & just kept roaming around. I had to leave the place without checking where the second order is. I wonder whether they would behave this way if it was an Arabic speaker or Emirati. I hope they don’t behave this way to anyone else. A staff seen around cashiers desk, who I suppose is from “People of Determination” - is the most rudest person I have ever seen all my life. Most saddening experience

Love the sweets especially Kunafeh. They make it the best!!! They have different sizes of container to serve or take away.

We bought a rolled kunafa and it was not fresh and tasteless. Before handing it over, the staff put it in the microwave !

The sweets was fine we ordered Kunafa and Warbat the Warabat is good but the Kunafah was average
