I’ve been staying at the hotel for a while now. It’s very nice, clean and quiet. Located close to the airport and the closest metro station is just a few minutes walk. The food is also really good!
The staff are so nice and kind. Anytime I need something or have any requests, they resolve the matters fast and efficiently.
I would also like to say thank you to Surya, who’s been mostly taking care of my room and making sure I have a nice and clean space at all times. I really appreciate it :)
Over all I really recommend this hotel!

Excellent Housekeeping Service by Surya at Holiday Inn

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding housekeeping service provided by Surya my stay at Holiday Inn.

Throughout my visit, Surya consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my room was immaculately clean and well-maintained.Surya's attention to detail and dedication to his job were truly remarkable.

Not only did he ensure that the room was pristine and well-stocked with essentials, but he also demonstrated a friendly and approachable demeanor, making me feel welcomed and cared for during my entire stay.

It's a very good hotel. Very convenient location. The best thing is there free shuttle pickup from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel back to the airport. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes. The rooms are clean and have everything that you normally need. The free breakfast that's included in the price is really good. The breakfast has a lot of items to pick from. I would highly recommend this location if you are going to stay near the airport.

This was my second stay in a week. Instead of coming from elsewhere in Dubai to be met at the airport by the hotel's shuttle, I took the metro to 'Emirates' station followed by a moderately short and very warm walk to the hotel. If the metro is operating, this is my preferred way to reach the hotel.

Check-in was fast and efficient (I was allowed an early check-in), and was soon in my hotel room. I booked an airport view room due to my many hours on the property, and it is worth the extra money. I had the curtains open all afternoon and during the night to observe the activity of the airport - I do enjoy airports.

Though this room faces a major road, there was no sound coming from the traffic - the soundproofing is exceptional.

As is usual with this hotel - the bed was excellent and I had a very relaxing night's sleep. The room was clean, and the Wifi was strong with no dropouts - highly suited for my afternoon's work on my laptop.

The hotel shuttle the next morning was punctual and I was at the airport with plenty of time before my flight.

I have stayed at this hotel many times across many years. It is my preferred choice in Dubai when I need to be near the airport. Look forward to staying again in the future.

It was an extremely UNPLEASANT experience during check out time on July 21. Unlike my check in experience (on July 20), the staff was inhospitable, impolite, arrogant and absolutely rude. Unlike Akshay (check in staff) who was courteous/polite during check in time, the check out was absolutely opposite of the earlier day experience.

I strongly recommend that the hotel will only maintain good/competent quality staff. It will stop you to .unnecessarily spoil Guests’ stay and their day eventually.

I am sure that you will take necessary actions to help improve the Guests’’ experiences.

I recently had a pleasant two-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Dubai. The hotel provided a comfortable and affordable experience in a convenient location. My room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The complimentary breakfast provided a decent variety of options to start the day. While the hotel may not offer luxury accommodations, it offers great value for the price paid. Its location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, the Holiday Inn Express in Dubai is a recommended option for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express for two days, this hotel met all of my expectations by offering me a truly unique experience. I was welcomed by a helpful and polite staff member who immediately made me feel at home and appreciated the moment I checked in. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a nice and pleasurable stay, and the check-in procedure was simple and effortless. The Holiday Inn Express had tidy, elegant rooms. The cleanliness and thoughtful facilities offered were examples of the attention to detail. And I must say that Flower, one of the Fand b staff waitresses, truly made my trip extraordinary. Her warmth and devotion to ensuring guest happiness were outstanding. When I first arrived, Flower presented me with a sincere smile and her continually went above and beyond to see that all of my needs were addressed during my stay. She was quite attentive and recognized my preferences, which was truly impressive.

Everything is great. The room is nice and very clean! Breakfast was also really good! And the absolute best thing was that fact, that you don’t hear the noise from the airplanes, even though you stay close to the airport! Wish all the best for the team of the hotel!
