Taxi booked for Saturday night just did not turn up. Elderly lady left with over an hours walk home. Tried to call, just got answer machine saying office closed. A frightening experience.

Just read your reply. The number I called that evening was your number that was in my phone from when I booked in the morning. It was you firm. I spoke to a very nice man when I booked. Something has gone wrong here.? If it isn’t your firm I apologise but the only way the number was in my phone was from my previous call?? I didn’t call anyone else while I was in Burnham.

Unfortunately there were no cabs???? available at the time I needed to travel but the woman I spoke to on the phone????was really friendly ???? & polite & next time I need a taxi ???? I will Definitely be giving them a call ????????????????????u200d♀️
