Great mechanic that goes out of there way to meet your needs and expectations and is never ripping you off. Has experience in 4x4 off road work as well.

Worst is a compliment very bad service after reparing the gearbox after spending 5 k including warranty i b ing back my car to fix and the owner said they will not accept because if there is any wire problem is not covering …. What ?? Don’t bring your car they will finish to make it worst major job they can’t make it and always finding an excuse and they are very slowly … if you bring them the car you always need to go back because they will destroy it very unprofessional don’t come across the client that spend a lot of money worst meccanic in dubai

The worst experience ever.
I gave them my car to fix and after I found my car scratched.
They said the car will be done by evening and it was done after 2 days.

It’s not worth doing with these guys.

DON’T WORK WITH THEM!!!!!!????????????????????

If I could give this place no stars I would, they are extremely dishonest, unprofessional and the owner or the manager was very unprofessional . We took our car to this shop for a paint job. We agreed on the price and timing. A few days later when we arrived to pick up our car, we were shocked to see it coming out of another garage that we had already seen earlier and didn't like their work and decided not to go with them. So basically Ready To Go took our car to this other garage and performed the work. This other garage was 200 AED cheaper than Ready To Go, so they basically Ready To Go didnt do the work! The car wasn’t polished, the manager or the owner explained that this wasn’t included in the quote, WHAT??? Since when polish is a separate charge from the paint job as a whole. To top it off the manager didn’t want to give us the car saying that we agreed on a different price when our paper work shows the price we were willing to pay. He didn’t want to release the car until he gets his price (which was 50 AED) higher than the agreed upon price. We had to get the police invovled to finally get our car. Stay away from this shop if at all possible.

Paid more than double the agreed price, after they kept my car for 6 weeks and was told I had to pay or else it would be released with no work done to it. Extremely unprofessional, now the car has other issues that previously didn't exist after I paid them over 9,000 dirhams to date! Avoid at all costs!

The best worst garage in the UAE, the manager was unprofessional , he dont care about his customers, never think to send your car to this gagrage because they dont know how to do anything, they will do the worst work on your vehicle , i don’t know if the owner of this garage have any idea about his management.
