Just brought a new sofa and this is how the delivered it .... DAMAGED .. even before they offloaded it , I rejected it yet the delivery team said to keep it and theyll replace it the next day , that didn't happen , one week later and more than 10 calls to the call center and they informed me that they wont replace it but they can repair with no option to refund , NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH BAD SERVICE EVER THIS IS THEFT

Bad service!!! I bought a new bedroom and some items were damaged and I requested for replacement. Service team came 2 times with wrong items until now they didnt replace it.

I didn’t expected that one of the famous furniture store in dubai doesn’t provide good service!!!

I will never buy anything from home centre anymore. I will advise also my friends and family.

It also happened with my friend!!!!

Waited for 7 days for the beds , sofas and dining table. On the day of delivery I called the 800 number 3 times to confirm delivery . At 7 pm night they said its not going to be delivered . I spent the next 2 hours trying to get a room for us in hotel . 8.30 pm they call to say that there was a problem and it will take 2 more days to deliver . The worst expirence I ever had.

This place is a nice one when you are planning to renovate your apartment or home, small but nice mall... very peaceful whenever you visit here, food court and some other coffee shops are there to spend time and if you need some grocery there is a carrefour market to cover the grocery, good one with good experience...

I ordered a beige sofa, but they brought a gray sofa instead. They took a long time to reply - 48 hours just to acknowledge the complaint. I don't recommend buying from them because they waste your time and money .

Very bad customer service.
Staff is not helpful at all, refused my request to transfer the item i needed from the other shop to the Oasis mall.
I had to speak to the manager of the shop who did not introduce himself when speaking to me, always was occupied with his cell phone and havent even looked at me. Manager said he requested the item to be checked in another shop and was waiting for the reply. I stayed at the shop for about 10 mins more and had to ask the manager if i needed to wait for longer. He just said - Yes, it will take long. Everyone is busy in the other shop and cant check on your item.
First, that has to be communicated with me at the first place so i dont stick around wasting my time.
Second, i asked the manager to write down my phone number to update me but i never received the follow up call.
No respect to the customers, No customer service skills, not even a will to sell the items in their shop.
Worst experience ever.
