Absolutely discourteous staff. Under cooked Bread. Empty Subway, yet the staff was in a hurry to finish the sandwich as he was busy watching a video and wanted to get rid of the customer. AVOID this Subway location at all cost or get a similar experience. 1/5

Very disrespectful and unpolite staff They said they don't have trays, then a few minutes later I saw they gave a tray to someone while I am sitting in front of the restaurant ????????????
I told him to get me a tray, and then he brought it.

I wish there was a half star that I could give. Really pathetic experience, very disheartened by the low quality. I ordered the veg patty for my sandwich. It was undercooked, most parts of it very chewy at the edges. Just couldn’t swallow it and had to spit it out.
DEAR HIGHER MANAGEMENT please get the quality controls in place. You are too big a brand to spoil your name like this.

Looks like this is the third negative comment on a raw through Zomato. We ordered 1.30h ago and still no news. They don't pick-up the phone. Even Zomato apologized to us though this not their fault but Subway Oasis mall fault. Subway top management: you should take action on your Oasis mall team as it is very bad advertising for your brand.

I really love subway...I always eat here all the time, may it be dine in or delivery thru the apps. But unfortunately today they were late almost 30 mins from the informed time it should be delivered considering the location is just near my home, and my wrap has gotten so soggy. I need to eat it as I am so hungry but I did not enjoy it. Hopefully next time my experience will be more positive. But upon checking on the reviews before mine..its not the case. I think I'll just avoid this branch in the future..

Attention!Higher Management of Subway, your staff Mohd Tariq in Oasis mall branch, is very disrespectful,rude and ill mannered. He refused to take my order, hangup on me while I was talking and was shouting on the phone telling me that he will not take my order, that it will take 1 and half hour to deliver subway food to my house if I insist to order food, my house is 2 minutes from oasis centre and 500 meters away.I am a loyal costumer of subway but bcos of this man I will stop using subway and inform all my friends too. He needs training.

2.5 hours to deliver yet unsatisfactory. Looks like the toasting machine is not working for this branch. Im a regular subway customer. They were kind to change the sandwich for me however bread was still was like the 1st one sent! Not worth the wait. and to my surprise they added cheese while i strictly told them only salt n pepper :(

We placed an order with subway oasis centre at 8:10pm today Friday 15 February 2019. After 1 hour called their shop and told me that the driver is on the way. The driver called at 915pm he said he is on the way as he is very busy. At 10:20pm the driver called and he needs another 15 to 20.minutes... by then my kids want to sleep at 10:30pm and I called the driver and the shop to cancel my order.
Never again Subway any place in earth.
