If I could I would give zero stars. I bought curtain from the store and they gave a defected piece.
Then I ordered the same curtain online and they didn't deliver it . The call center says the item is out of stock but it is still showing available on the website 4 days after I placed my order.

This company doesn't treat customer's time with respect.

Location is convenient in Ibn Battuta Mall. Parking is easy. Bought a king size bed recently with a mattress. Had some issue with the mattress but they were quick to respond and address it. Staff is also very congenial.

Great selection of Christmas gifts, candles, cups & mugs amongst lots of other items; most things that you'd expect from a Next Homestore or Habitat back in the UK. Prices seemed very reasonable.

A spacious shop laid out on two floors.

Ordered item online 7 days ago, still no delivery despite being sent updates it will be delivered 4 days ago. Homes R us customer service will only send an email to the courier and requested for me to follow up with the courier company Jeebly? Very poor customer service and delivery compared to other companies (Homecentre). I wouldn't recommend using and will not be using again.

Never again a single item form this company.I ordered 2 same carpets online and both arrived heavily damaged and faulty.After complaining and filing a
return ,they picked it up after 5 working days,claiming they will refund the amount on card within 2-3
weeks(working days) Never experienced such shameless business manners and customer service in 25 y residing
in Dubai. Homes r us can be assured that they ll get boycotted by family and a very
large friend cyrcle for
lifetime!

Good one for Home Furniture @IBN Batuta Mall. Apart from White goods, Electronic Items, there is everything else to make up your house. Place for Furnishings, Home Decor, Paintings, Kitchenette, Indoor plants, Pots/Stands, Mattresses, etc. Everything is reasonably priced and they only sell good quality products. Most of the staff are cordial, and helpful. When you place order for home furniture such as Bed, Sofa etc, they take about one week to deliver to your place.
