Such a horrible school and please ensure not to go near them. Especially zero professionalism. Have been booking for trial classes since last two months for piano. They will book and without any notice they will cancel. Additionally they are purely money motivated and hardly care about the sense of kids and their dejection due to their poor time handling and non availability of teachers. There are so many good schools available around JLT and please stay away from this school.

Nice location. The center is well equipped with good teachers and necessary training equipment for dance as well as piano lessons. The Yamaha music showroom attached alongside is a massive one and caters to most of the necessities of live music.

This institute just mint money and teach zero, make sure to agree on outcome when you put your children there. My son was doing Guitar here for a long time. No attention paid in spite of knowing that he is a talented student. I have moved my son to Buddy's Music Institute in JLT, much satisfied now.

Great place!!! I have been taking drums lessons for a few months now. The teacher is excellent and so is the staff.
Highly recommended!!

We payed 3£ for 3 hours. Payment machine does not accept card (coins only).

Great location but a rip off. Machine doesn't take card, but by paying online you will be charged more. Also, All-day parking is only till midnight. However, if you arrive in the area at 6pm then you can park on the street till 8 am for free!

Poor car park. First it says £6 when it's £8 if using the app. Second I paid for 2 days on the app and ended up with a £60 fine as a day isn't 24 hours. It's till midnight that night so you get stitched up by them. So although I paid in full the amount for parking they still fined me! Avoid!!!
Also looking at the poor reviews on here which all seem to have the same problem mentioned clearly the owner is not seeing it as his fault and decides to just chastise people and tell them to park else where! This only emphasis's the reason it's so poor.

Small reasonably priced carpark.
My niece's husband had a flat battery in the carpark. I went to help him armed with jump leads and battery charger but needed to phone their helpline for advice. The carpark attendants turned up and helped us jump start the car to get us on our way. They were a big help and we were very grateful.

Not happy. All the signs say £6 all day but the machine only takes coins so most people will have to pay online/by card. When you attempt that, the cost jumps to £8. I queried this with parkin, who say they are completely separate from the car park operator, that they pay the operator and that the extra they charge the customer is for a service (taking card payments) that the operator can't. It seems sharp practice to me - partly because none of the huge signs tell customers about this and partly because, when I asked for the name of the car park operator, parkin stopped replying to me. I suspect that parkin and the car park operator are connected and that parkin is keen to maintain the fiction of separation to stop people following up with the car park operator. They are probably relying on most people not bothering to follow up because the extra amount (£2) for any one day is trivial in absolute terms. But it all adds up and they really shouldn't be allowed to get away with such misleading signage.

This car park is great! Location is amazing, right in the city centre so Liverpool One is only a few minutes away. Price is also great as its only £1 per hour or £6 all day. Its covered and has cameras so I know my car and belongings were safe.

Convenient, cheap and handy car park.
However getting in touch with someone over issues is impossible.
Was charged 2 times for 1 transaction and can't seem to get in touch with anyone through their site email or phone number over a refund.

Just a car park, no real entry or exit checks. Only takes coins! No cards or notes or phone payments!
If there is someone at the entrance, they'll change coins, but think that isn't till 10am.
Good positioning to city centre (hipster style bars and eateries down the main road heading to Liverpool One).
Is now £6 per day!
