I am been regular customer for Hot & Chill restaurant. To be honest food is delicious and all the staff are nice and friendly but there is one very bad delivery man. Doesn’t know how to talk and very rude. Once he deliver my order when I paying on cash he said too much problems!!!! What I can’t pay cash ??? I am here writing to see management what is his behavior cause of this person I don’t want place will get ruin.

My go-to place for everything. Best food best service. They have all kinds of cuisine. Best part is they can make ur food according to ur taste buds.
Recommended for anyone visiting Dubai Marina.

V.Bad And Cheap Custmer Service. I always ordered here . for Baryyani evertime Before i ordered from Discovery Garden. and 2 days before i ordered from AlBarsha And this time Rice Quality Is . V. Bad . not a basmati Rice like before i ordered beef baryani and muttom baryani which is not good Beef baryyani after i hive my compalin to counter whos taking ordered he can't accept his mistake . and making drama. what is this . if is possible i want this restaurant onor contact and want explain to him i send him pictures as well the philpino Guy but again he can't accept his mistake bcz he think Client is stupid before food quality v.good but now V.v.bad . i but the last think i . waste my Money nd not Recommended At All . if someone want waste his money . then GO Hot&Chill Restaurant. customer service v.v.Bad ???????????? 0/0

The food is sooo good, good staff (specially Emmar), so kind, they talk good in english and the food is cheap and really abundant. They are also very servant to their customers. I will repeat for sure :)

Un recommended restaurant for the men need to pee..how you enjoy the food when you are not comfortable for yourself..so dissapointed.all gents staff where are you going for washroom? Or because we are asian so that you cannot help us..please stop being racist!!!

Always bringing the wrong order
Food are not what i am expected
They are sending promotion but when i ordered it is really different from the promotion.
So disappointing!!
