These fellows are thieves. They have one of the worst services and they steal security deposits of water gallons. The thieves have the guts to justify their theft also by saying that the security deposit is non refundable. Please stay away from this nasty place.

Remember to take receipt, the staff will find all excuses to refund even a 15dhm deposit for water bottle - no trust and won't even check their system for verification. I left the bottle and the deposit with them, hopefully this will make them happy ????

THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE!!!!! THERE'S A LOT OF TIME TO ARGUE THAN TO SEND THE DELIVERY FAST!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! We understand that it's Friday and too much delivery but don't tell back to your customer that we will not deliver what we order! if you don't want to receive orders over the phone from the customer CLOSE YOUR DELIVERY!!!!!!! THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD WORK ON THIS KIND OF SERVICE!! !!!!

The worse place in the area to do your shopping, Carrefour and Almaya are millions of years ahead. In Zumurud mart there are no prices on the articles, the price varies by the mood of the seller, inside it stinks and service is as bad as the look of the shop. Always check the expiration date if you HAVE to do your shopping there.

Staff was very rude I send them messages on whtsp they haven’t reply so I called them abudulla or something he is from Pakistan he told me he need my address in very rude way I said you didn’t reply my msj that’s why I called after 30 minutes then this guy got angry and told me to contact another super market very disappointed badly he is very rude to me he even told me I can tell to his owner very bad customer service
