I have had the pleasure of working with Natasha Singh from 2015 ,when I bought my first villa in Saheel. Since then we have bought and sold a number of villas through Natasha.
Her attention to detail and excellent communication skills helped me to understand the home-buyingu2028process and feel confident in my decisions. As we already have a great rapport I am confident in her opinions whilst selling as well.
The last sale was particularly tricky. I was selling and buying a villa at the same time. Due to unforeseen circumstances the sale fell through at the last moment. Thanks to her expertise and negotiation skills, I was able to secure another buyer and still conclude transfer on the other villa.
I highly recommend Natasha Singh to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and reliable property agent.

In our nearly 14 years in the UAE, we've found the quest of finding a house to be the most unpleasant and stressful experience there is…. until we met Deb from House Hunters :)

Just before we met Deb, we had liaised with several Real Estate agents, who all followed the same patterns: Not answering to calls, getting to know about opportunities after I got to know about them through my own means, no-shows, etc... coming back with options that were nowhere near to our requirements, …

That all changed completely when we met Deb. She worked extremely hard from the very beginning, understood our requirements, scouted the market diligently, was always reachable, came back with real options and, low and behold, found the perfect house for us in just a matter of weeks!

I would 100% wholeheartedly recommend her and House Hunters to anyone I care about. If you want to recover your faith in Real Estate agents, reach out to Deb!

This is to share our experience with Natasha last year as we were looking to purchase our first property in Dubai.

Natasha was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process which spanned over many months. During this time we were interacting with many agents from other companies as well but the way Natasha handled us was far superior and that is why we ended up buying our villa through her.

What sets her apart is her expertise and depth of knowledge of the area and properties she lists and modification process etc . She was extremely prompt and organized throughout our process and helped us make our decision even going out of the way and including contractors where necessary to help us envision changes etc.

Eventually she helped us buy the property and get an agreement with the tenant as well. She has gone beyond the job requirement and actually become the go to person for all our villa related issues .

I would highly recommend Natasha to all our friends as well.

We were apprehensive about buying a property in Dubai, despite having experience in purchasing properties in our own country. We were worried about the process and how it would work without having lawyers acting on both sides and with the real estate broker taking a central role. Our process started with browsing the usual online websites, which was great for identifying potential properties, but even that was daunting. There appeared to be so many agents working for so many real estate brokers that we had never heard of. We started working with one real estate broker, but after viewing 5 or 6 houses he gave up on us saying he didn’t have anything on for our budget and criteria. Another company’s agent responded to my initial enquiry 4 weeks after I emailed! Then a friend recommended that we speak with House Hunters, so I met up with one of their agents in the mall in Arabian Ranches. His name is Adrian and he was brilliant. We met him at the end of March, he really listened to our needs, identified a property that was perfect for us and helped us through the whole sales process including with the added complexity of buying a tenanted property. House Hunters seem to have so many more properties on their books than other agents. When we moved to the sales progression (conveyancing) part of process, we dealt with Catherine from House Hunters, who was also brilliant to work with and helped us all the way through until we received the deeds to our property. We viewed our first property with House Hunters at the of March and completed in the middle of June! House Hunters have an incredibly professional ethos and we will always be grateful for their help. I would absolutely recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with House Hunters again! Over the past 10 years we have bought, rented and rented out properties within Dubai through House Hunters and have never been disappointed. We have, today transferred our villa in Arabian Ranches to our buyers. Our Agent was Michelle Bryan who did a fantastic job! We approached House Hunters in August 2021 as we were considering selling our villa but would only be happy to sell at a particular price. Michelle valued the villa significantly lower than the price we would be happy to sell at. We weren’t happy for House Hunters to market the villa at this point. However, we asked Michelle to get in touch should the market move more toward the price we would consider selling at. On 11th February, Michelle got in touch to say that if we were interested, she felt we would be able to achieve the selling price we wanted. We asked her to sell the villa for us. On the 4th March we signed an MOU for significantly more than we thought would be achievable. Michelle was professional at all times, listened carefully to our needs and was never pushy. Once we had signed the MOU, we were looked after by Catherine who conducts House Hunters compliancing. Again, Catherine was professional and took us through to transfer beautifully smoothly. Thank you House Hunters, you made the entire process painless. I would recommend House Hunters to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property!

I was thoroughly pleased with the excellent service I recieved from House Hunters. Nadia's service can only be described as exceptional. She was extremely professional and amazingly helpful. She made the entire process seemless and the typically "dreaded big move" was easy and stress free. I'll be referring friends looking to make that big move to House Hunters.

Tom Treacy from house hunters real estate was literally the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with in Dubai. his honesty , efficiency and knowledge about motor city community was the main factor that made us purchase our dream apartment in uptown motor city .
