First time ordering online and I ordered through the website as they have a BOGO offer which was really good!

After ordering someone called me regarding my order and told me that I shouldn’t have placed the order as the min. delivery order was 100AED for my area… and my order was 80AED. This is something that should be stated online and if that’s the minimum delivery amount then orders shouldn’t be allowed to be placed and instantly paid for (in my opinion)

However the food came and I had asked for a couple of changes (ingredients to be removed) and they made the changes I had requested???????? the last over the phone told me the order could take up to 1hr 45min to reach but will be delivered ASAP and it came within 1 hour which was great!

Over all, not bad sushi and not a bad service.

My family and I have been to Sumo, motor city branch many times. We like the wide variety of sushi options. Everything we tried was flavorful. Sumo’s rewards application is great! We get a free dish from the reward points almost every time ???? ????????

Badly managed, and because of that very bad food.

Cold food was warm, warm food was cold
1h45 delivery time instead of indicated 40-50 minutes.

Food brought back untouched for refund, only to find out that the airconditioning was not working, and to see Sushi being rolled in 30 degrees.

Never again.

24 June - First time in this branch. Parking is quite challenging but not a big issue. Place is small and only a few customers can dine in and they make sure they adhere to the safety measures. Hand sanitizers are abound, the place looks busy with a lot of food delivery guys waiting outside. Everything they use is disposable - plate, cup and the soy sauce container are plastic- unlike in another branch we usually frequent they use glass/ceramic ware. Donna was friendly and attentive and gave good service. We had 3 orders of makis and because of the app and coins we collected, we only paid like maybe half of the total bill. Nice app and benefits.

The size of the makis for the super California roll and sweet potato crunch is smaller.

Overall it’s still good but the size of the makis was smaller.

Very lovely, little bohemian place. Felt like im in japan in a little street. I gave 4 star because pf heavy fat smell . They habe delicious food but needs better vantilatör to keep the air clean

Always tasty and quick delivery! Strange that talabat delivers to Town Square, but through the Sumo app out of the range :(

The food taste was less than average. The place was very uncomfortable. the AC was not properly working well and there was a huge annoying fan "outdoor fan" that was placed inside to cool the space. i tried 4 dishes and liked none. I don't recommend at least this brunch.

I ordered several types of sushi from MakiMaki, the sushi was delicious and I was very impressed how quickly it was delivered,using good quality raw fish and fresh ingredients they made a very good sushi combination. I definitely will order again and will offer to my friends.
