Rude, disrespectful and a horrible driver! Doesn’t care about traffic rules and drives dangerously! Considering his age, he should know better… we nearly crashed into him because he thinks he owns the road!

Our family was due to arrive at Heathrow at 5.40 in the morning. Their plane arrived 1 hour early without any warning. We were unaware but despite this problem Mark was there to collect them and their many cases. Very impressed with the high quality of service and the friendly welcome. Many thanks I highly recommend this company

As a regular passenger, with children in this service. I have to say, that the above review does not sound a true reflection of this 5 * company. The driver is always courteous and laughs and jokes with the children. His driving is of the highest quality and the journey is always at a safe, legal, speed and he does his best to make it a comfortable journey at all times ie, avoids pot holes etc. Highly recommended.

Shocking and disgusting behaviour from a driver that should know better looking at how old he is. Speeding in a residential area where there are speed bumps. And then got really abusive when I asked him to slow down. Isnt this supposed to be a taxi for the vulnerable and disadvantaged???. whoever Carriage No 072 is .. I wouldnt trust him with my child EVER !!!!

Happy cabs is a brilliant taxi service really friendly service,reliable,always on time.
They pick up my son during term time and are absolutely brilliant with him I would highly recommend this taxi service to anyone especially family and friends who have used him in the past and have had no problems and have praised friendly his service he goes out his way to help people.
