Had overall wonderful B&B few days experience. Ideal location, prompt valet services, friendly front desk/reception, great overall ambience, spacious decently decorated rooms. House keeping staff attentive and respectful. However services & offerings at breakfast lacks quality (3 star is for those working there).

Great hotel, bed was comfy and bathroom had an incredible wet room with massive rain shower. View over looking La Mer Beach.
Unfortunately loads of places closed at the moment in the area so didn’t have much selection food wise. But I wouldn’t let this stop me from returning.

Hotel is nice and new. The rooms are spacious. The only downside was that the room was not ready when We arrived at 4:00 PM (one hour after the check-in time). They offered us a juice each while we waited though. We had a hiccup at the start after receiving the room more than 1.5h after check in time because they lodged us in a POD room and the bed was shorter than the standard when we did not book this category of rooms. So it also took more time to get the right room, after the long wait.
The views were nice and pool is also good.
To compensate for the inconvenience, they offered us free breakfast on the following day which was amazing. Definitely recommend the breakfast there.

Great great hotel, excellent service, nicest and most helpful staff, well located just close to the sea and the hotel has a private beach access,
The interior design is modern, colorful, with a great combination of elegant colors.
Rooms are spacious, very modern design and comfortable.
The reception staff do their best to help the guests. They made our stay unforgettable.
Highly recommended!

Well, it is a nice hotel: clean & modern. But there is one issue which easily can ruin your stay: nearby night club. Parties every night up to 3 a.m. it is extremely noisy. I cannot believe that there are no any noise level regulations in Dubai, especially in a resident/resort area.

I believe that Hyatt does it best to handle this issue, but I found the same complains dated like months ago. Unfortunately nothing has changed.

The best hotel ever I loved my stay there, nice clean rooms, nice lounge, beautiful sea view, wonderful atmosphere، special thanks for all the front desk team and manager for their sweet smile and perfect personality and nice welcoming , I will always book there for sure ????????

The rooms are nice but the staff chaotic and untrained. Especially the front desk is rude and incapable of their job.

Restaurant is nice but over priced. We had a 50cm long hair in the salad. It was very gross and ruined the dinner as we were constantly worried about what other things like fingernails etc we might find.

When we asked to speak to the manager we were told that he’s not available.

I think the owner needs to get back on top of things again quickly before something that started nice goes downhill at such a speed.

This was just a really enjoyable stay all around. First, we checked in and learned that we were randomly selected for upgraded to an executive suite. We checked in slightly early, and Aurielle was very helpful coordinating with the staff to prepare our room. My daughter and I were in town on Father's Day for a medical appointment so it was really great to have such a nice room overlooking La Mer with a panoramic view of the city. The small pool overlooks the inlet between the Hyatt Centric and Pearl Jumeirah, and there's a nice bar that has a modest selection of drinks. Really enjoyed the food. The menu is not extensive, but there are adequate options, each of which we enjoyed. The location across from La Mer is really convenient, and the staff was always willing to help us get a taxi quickly. The best perk at the hotel is the free use of the pools and the beach at the Dubai Marine Beach Resort and Spa. The shade and cool water was much needed in June. A great stay - We'll definitely be returning!
