One of my new favourite night beach club!

The atmosphere is great with great music selection and amazing staff who are attentive.

They make sure you have everything you need in order to relax and enjoy.

The sushi are the best and the cocktails too.

Do try the ginger shot for a healthy refresher.

This gym has an all around nice feel to it… modern design, Beach club, pool, restaurant, and awesome city view. The crowd is nice other than some guys who has no manners and probably filled with grown hormones. I recommend this gym to most people and just try and IGNORE these guys who try to kick you off the machines.

A good vibe. Super fit people everywhere you look lol. The food was yummy but / or and, definitely healthy lol. It’s a great place to watch the game as they have very comfy lounger beds. Direct access to La Met beach too.

Sadly I found the place badly managed. Seemed like the staff were having a party. I had trouble finding a locker that was usable so I went to the receptionist, and it seemed like she didnt want to leave the reception desk. To the point I had to say do you mind to come and show me the lockers as you're telling me they're not working. Anyway we get there she isn't very clear on what she means. There are lockers, and not being used, but you can't use as they don't have the code? Go figure! I explained i had valuables in my bag and she was nonchalant about it and said take your bag around with you. So i did! Unprofessional manner didn't care. I won't be back the gym is waaaay over crowded so if you have a plan to workout Good luck vibes are growth hormone scented :)

Great location if you want to party on the beach or just relax and enjoy the scenery. The gym is spotless and has a lot of equipment.
The pool is consistently kept clean and at the proper temperature.

It is more than just a gym. Nice concept to combine the gym with another things. It has pool, restaurant, coffee shop, private beach. The place is beautiful, clean, and good to enjoy alone or with friends. There are many seat and sofa with beautiful view. All staff also ready to give the service. The restaurant serve the healthy food that focus to support the good life. Delicious taste and nice presentation by a professional chef, Charlie. But maybe need to improve the taste of the coffee, because it is too strong and harsh. But overall i like it

Great place to spend the whole day for only AED200 (for non members)

Gym is clean and have a wide range of equipment.

Pool is clean and always at right temperature.

There is also a jacuzzi... and of course great food and drinks.
