Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms for vacation. Lovely staff from reception to housekeeping and security. Good breakfast buffet but very crowded.
I think the hotel is suitable for all travellers, couples, family, business, group or solo, that's why it's very crowded. I didn't like the upgraded club access with the room as the hotel breakfast restaurant much better than it, also the evening access is only for short time from 6 to 8. The deposit payment when check-in is annoying as you need to follow with them after you leave.

I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that continued throughout my stay.

The hotel is located in a prime location in the heart of Dubai and has easy access to all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need. The view from my room was simply breathtaking!

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which was simply amazing. The variety of food on offer was incredible, and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was perfect.

The hotel also has a range of facilities, including a gym, pool and spa. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool which had stunning views of the city skyline.

Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Dubai to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Dubai. The hotel's facilities and service are exceptional, and I can't wait to visit again.

The hotel is one the oldest in Dubai. This is my second time checked in. Great vibes, friendly staff, honest price, family most welcome… Highly recommend than staying somewhere near the palm.

Excellent experience. Great location in the old part of Dubai, right by the Creek. Walk to the Gold Souk, walk to the Metro. The regency club was great. They were able to accommodate gluten-free requirements. Staff is very helpful; I experienced great helpful service at check in and also in the regency club. The regency club evening happy hour was great, including food that feels like dinner.

gorgeous view from the room we got... swimming, jacuzzi and sauna is complementary... room has sufficient features including mini bar... not worth for the price though

Great hotel for staying with family members. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Thanks a lot to Puspa Rani, she gives a compliment for a coffee capsule and more variety in the breakfast ????

Worst Hyatt Hotel for stay.

I was charged 4x of the original bill and the amount was accounted for and their customer service were not helpful at all. I hope I can get my money back

Long wait to check you in. Definitely not a 5 star hotel service.

The only good thing was the baggage cres were approachable and good in their line.

Great place to enjoy your vacation, friendly staff and an incredible breakfast buffet.
Great location, taxis available at hotel entrance and about 5 mins walk from Gold Souq metro station.
Suitable for all travelers whether you are traveling with family, couples, business or solo.
Definitely going back there again!

I visited for a funeral. The environment was serene and prepared for mass. The mass was celebrated as scheduled, all protocols duly observed. I'm proud to be a staunch Catholic!

Mick was so helpful during the rehearsals & the actual service of our daughters wedding, thank you so much! Only reason we have not given you a 5 star is the fact that parking is a nightmare here and it delayed our guests getting in and out of the car park for the wedding
