Visit the store in Alghurair Mall yesterday me and my partner are planning to buy shoes and clothes but the filipina sales lady in the store is not so friendly not even smiling and not even talking we didnt feel any welcoming vibes to the shop but instead of leaving we try to ask her about available sizes and prices but the tone of her voice , facial expression and body language towards to us as a customer is really disappointing. We walk away and went to Dubai Mall instead! To the management , Please do train your staffs specially the proper customer service if you let your staffs work the way they like to work you will lose your customers.
