Red Dunes Safari Dubai a must have in Dubai :

- pick up from the Hotel, well communicated & ON TIME, perfect!
- well experienced driver, Shamsher take you safely to side, perfect!
- after a short break, the action starts,
- enough time to set up a action cam on the site of the car
- enjoying the safe & well experienced driving.
- get out of the car time to time just breathe the wind of desert
- take time to record the view on camera
- go to a viewing place, awaiting the sunset
- driver, very kind assisted in taking pictures
- other short break & car check for your safety
- Return to hotel, in time convenient & small talks
- a priceless experience!
- Highly recommended!

The most sub standard experience I had in Dubai was with these guys. I paid extra with these folks since I wanted an amazing safari experience. They gave me multiple assurances on service quality and justified their higher rates. But it was a very sub par experience. They picked us in the end and seated us on the back seats of the car. Throughout the safari no other passenger was willing to switch seats for even 10 minutes. We wanted to shoot video. The driver who is also the guide did not help. The buffet was limited to 1 chicken piece which was barely warm. You will not get any water, please carry your own if you book with them. Rude behavior by the serving staff. There were just one local option for beverage. They did not even provide what they say they would. It was a terrible experience for us. Will not recommend at all..

Worst company you can ever deal with in your entire life .. first of all they are not professional they confirmed they will pick us up from dif locations, last minutes they changed their mind and advised to pick us all in one location we had to rush so we all meet at one place worst service .. they also try In a way or other to charge extra, now we trying to get a refund of 150dh our trip was on 19 March 2023 however until date (09Apr23) we didn’t get the refund back and whenever we follow up they go like (oh what was the date of the trip? Ok will check and update you. (disappeared) another follow up: Oh you did not receive the refund yet? Ok will check and update you. Again disappeared and guess what we got the highest package in their list to just not go through any hassle but yet made us go thought it …I will never recommend at allllll. Peace

The place is nice , the food was good and the shoes were excellent but the pick up time as they said was 3 but they made us wait till 4 . I was still okay with that . However , have a good time up until the last minute , the guide somehow used swear words . He ruined all the fun , that’s why 1 star.

Worst experience. Eligible for zero star.
You will not get anything even if you pay for VIP package.
Asking for refund of payment.

Worst experience in my life ever “Dune Bashing with Professional Driver” - They promise that, but it wont happen. And if we call the number in google, he wont answer or call back. Just cheaters in town, thats what i can say from my experience ????????????????????????????????
