It’s hard to say how our stay could have been improved. We were initially allocated a room on the mezzanine level which didn’t meet our needs but this was changed to a higher level on request with minimum fuss. The lady on reception and the gentleman manning the door gave exceptional service. The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast excellent. Shuttle bus to the airport came early and doorman recalled it as we missed it. The best part is the location - if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle bus, the hotel is just one stop on the train from terminal 3. It’s a short walk from the train to the hotel. This means you can get out and explore Dubai using a one day transport pass. Will definitely book this hotel again if stopping over.

I don`t see how I would recommend this hotel to others if the person at the reception would rather turn to a random chinese man beside the counter who simply ignored the line waiting in front of it and was yelling about exchanging his cash to dollars than to attend to other guests who have been standing in the line for 20 minutes to wait for the receptionist (named Jack I believe) to take care of ONE customer`s check-in and fulfill his duty as currency exchange office. GOOD JOB you staffs. The room is decent by the way.

The hotel is very comfortable, many advantages: convenient location (close to the airport, metro, there is a grocery store and barber salon nearby). When the restaurant staff found out that it was our anniversary and they gave us a cake and coffee. Many thanks to Chef Hurmat for such attentiveness and a pleasant surprise.

I travel more than 80% of the time, this hotel has the best value for money, room, pool, and staff. I want to express my appreciation especially to the breakfast team, they work tirelessly to make it as pleasant as possible. Mohammad stands out with his attention to details, follow up, pleasant attitude, and uplifting spirit. When I come I drag my feet to the lobby and after seeing his energy in the morning, I feel the positivity and excited to start my day. The tools are so basic and I could get a better coffee elsewhere but would not feel as inspired. This makes it a 5 star overall experience thank you ????????

I have stayed here for around 5 days and am overall very pleased with the room and service we have received.

The hotel management and all staff are very attentive, always polite and do their work around the hotel well.

The food has been delicious. The breakfast, lunch and dinner services have been nothing short of fantastic, the quality of the food and breakfast is great. Thank you to all the kitchen staff and chefs.

Ibis hotel services are top notched. I really enjoyed my stay there. Mr. Hurmat is hospitable, friendly, and approachable. He is such a great and nice person. Always ready to serve .

This is a budget Airport hotel so some things don’t go according to plan. On arrival the air conditions in our room 533 was “freezing”. After two attempts at repair by engineering staff the temperature rose to above 25°C and would not adjust downwards. I received an email before my stay offering a discounted “authentic middle eastern dinner”. I accepted the offer but upon arrival at the hotel they offered a western food fixed course dinner. A huge disappointment.

Was expecting the service before but it become worst this time. Before there was free slippers and tooth brush now you need to pay. The room was not properly cleaned even the sink has booger. I always choose ibis since its new modern and clean but looks like i need to choose next time a better one. The room is quiet but was not expecting the bad service this time and dirty room.
