service level is poor. Nail service is ok but eyelash extension was horrible. And pricey when you think about their service

Can’t be more happier with my nails.
The ladies are very attentive and very great at their jobs.
The salon is very bright and clean.
Plus price is very reasonable too.

The girls don't seem to be experienced. They couldn't clean or shape my nails well. They were pulling my skin and hurting me but that didn't stop them. Now the skin around my nails is peeling and has bumps. I tolerated all of this, but the second day my nails started chipping. Also, their prices are high compared to the service given.

Always a pleasure to be welcomed by all the colleagues at Perfect Nail. They always ask how you prefer your services and deliver with excellence.

It is a friendly, respectful and enjoyable place to visit for my upkeep.

The customer service is to improve. When I went to the nail salon, the welcome was cold.They only talked to the regular clients and almost never said a word to me. I know I was a tourist but I still expected the same treatment. About the nails, after only one week the nails already started to chip and my cuticles were hurting for 2 days after my appointment. At least the positive point is that the price is reasonable.

I received 1 hour back massage. One of the best massages I have received after a very long time trying to find a good masseuse. She knows what she’s doing. They charged me even less than what it should have been. So they’re honest with money and they didn’t push services on you which made me comfortable.

The rest of the workers didn’t have the most professional attitude because they seemed a little grumpy lol but i did go really late at night (9 pm) and they could have been tired.

It’s my first time here in perfect nails saloon. Great service by Hanna and Hien. Very attentive and they did great on my nails. I would recommend and definitely come again!
