Mr. Millad as the reception manager is very friendly and polite. Handsome and very serious in responding to guest problems. I have never met someone as good as him, very good service. I really appreciate his help.and also Mrs.Grace is very kind, very helpful and fast response.
Thanks for all the Ibis hotels staff,I will come back again next time...

If you're looking for a hotel in Dubai that is located right next to the World Trade centre, this hotel may be a good option for you. It is the closest hotel to the Dwtc, which is very convenient if you're attending an event there.

However, during our visit, we found that the hotel's lobby was under construction. This meant that the entrance was a bit chaotic and it didn't give a great first impression. Hopefully, this will be resolved once the construction is complete.

Another downside is that the prices are quite high due to the hotel's prime location. While it's great to be so close to the exhibition center, it does come at a premium.

The breakfast spread could have been better, too. While there were some options available, we found that there wasn't a lot of variety and the quality was average.

Lastly, it's worth noting that there is no swimming pool at this hotel. If you're looking to take a dip, you'll need to look elsewhere.

Overall, if you need to be close to the exhibition center, this hotel's location is unbeatable. But with the construction and high prices, it may not be the best option for everyone.

This hotel has best location, best room service. Best breakfast menu me and my wife loved this place so much because the staff went out of way to a accommodate us.
Grace, Dynne. Zahid, Jiya Mr Milad the manger they are all very good people, they came across very professional and genuine.
The organization must recognize and commend the entire staff.

I and my husband recently stayed at Ibis World Trade Centre and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great location with easy access to many attractions. The standout feature of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Bishwash, in particular, was incredibly helpful with our luggage and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were also amazing, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Ibis World Trade Centre, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

I would like to thank Ms Pragya for her kind help and service. I would definitely recommend this ibis world trade centre to whoever looking for a beautiful calm and quiet stay with amazing View . The most positive side of this ibis hotel is that there is nearby metro station at walkable distance. Thanks for making our vacation memorable.

Had spent one night there. The location is really good, firstly its pleasing on the eyes and secondly everything is really near, food plus shopping. The metro station is also right outside. But the best part is the service, they have one of the best service in dubai especially Pragya was a lifesaver. I had some issues with my flight and checkout and they even accommodated that.

Will definitely recommend if they want the best service plus really good locality.

The location of the hotel is very excellent, close to the metro, close to the Museum of the Future, and the receptionist is also friendly.

The receptionist was nice, she was very welcoming to us, I'm happy with what she was doing ( name: Pragya )
