They use nitrogen as a medium only to quickly freeze the ice cream base and to let it get dissolved in the air back.

The preparation looks cool, and is claimed to be healthier than "normal" ice cream.
The ice cream is sticky and tastes like a thicker version of McDonald's McFlurry.

Best part everything is made right in front of you, with no preservatives.
Very nice delicious ice cream presented in a very unique way The taste and texture are perfect.

Dragon's Breath is a frozen dessert made from cereal dipped in liquid nitrogen. When placed in the eater's mouth, it produces vapors which comes out of the nose and mouth, giving the dessert its name.

I tried their Blue Velvet ice cream which is very yummy and taste like heaven! ????
I also had their Dragon's breath that is so fun to eat.
They also served me a Affogato Milkshake which kinda sweet but still satisfied my thirst!
This is a must try place! Specially for those healthy conscious!
I am highly satisfied with the experience
