She said to me while I was in dressing room she came to me to said if I will pay. I said “ I took a wrong size, I need to change it”
Marina said: “no, at first you pay then you can change”. She has shocked me with that arrogance, I never saw it from anyone in Dubai.
Then I payed without trying a new size, and ask to steel “the payed by me in magno jumpsuit” as my dress was dirty and needed a new clothes urgently to go home, that’s was the cause of my visit in mango.
Marina said: “we can’t not steel it as we are close”
But the time was only 22:53!
Please, dismiss that lady for you to have a better reputation!

The purchase I’ve made had a broken zipper and when I came back the other day I’ve fetched a replacement but even before we left the shop I found out this one was broken too. I’m glad they replaced the item but it’s a pity that the customer needs to check 3 times if the item is broken or not.
