We tried all flavours, vanila-chocolate, mango-black coconut and ashta-pistachio.

The most pretty looking mango-coconut flavor icecream in black and yellow color is the new baby on the block you must check out.

The quality of their products is top-notch, be the most fancy or a simple scoop of vanilla, it just blows you away.

@icekream.ae is genuine happiness????. They have this new mango ????????with coconut icecream in a pure charcoal coconut cone. I have never tried something like this before‼️
Loved their cotton candy, which was surprisingly banana-flavored????.
Queen Victoria is something new dessert. Looks like a sandwich type with icecream and berry sauce. A must try !!
They also have different flavours of ice cream and desserts.

I recently visited the iceKream with a K in Dubai with my family, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the weirdest and most disappointing experiences we've ever had.
Upon entering the shop, my wife politely asked for a small-sized cone ice cream for our daughter, a simple and common request in any normal ice cream shop. However, the Arabic speaking male staff member who served us responded in an extremely rude manner, talking back to my wife as if her request was unreasonable and acting as if he was doing us a great favor by fulfilling it. This behavior was completely uncalled for and made us feel unwelcome.
Ignoring the initial encounter, my wife then asked for another small-sized cone for herself. To our surprise, the same staff member denied her request without providing any explanation. We tried to lighten the situation with a joke, assuming he might be having a bad day, especially on an official holiday. However, this pattern of rudeness persisted whenever my wife made any other ordinary requests. Each time she asked for something, he would stare back at her with disdain, as if her simple requests were burdensome tasks he couldn't be bothered with.
Our disappointment reached its peak when another group of customers, who happened to have a different nationality, entered the store. The same male staff member's attitude completely transformed. He suddenly became talkative and friendly, treating them with respect and catering to their requests without any issue. We couldn't believe our eyes when one of the gentlemen in the group asked for the same small-sized cone that my wife had been denied earlier, and the staff member prepared it without hesitation. This incident left us feeling discriminated against and disheartened.
Adding insult to injury, we found that the prices at this ice cream shop were exorbitant, making it an expensive outing for below-average ice cream. To make matters worse, it seemed as though the staff's friendliness was reserved only for certain customers based on their cultural background or clothing, which is both unacceptable and unprofessional.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend this ice cream shop to anyone. The unprofessional and discriminatory behavior of the male staff member, coupled with the high prices and mediocre ice cream, made our visit a regrettable one. Dubai has many other wonderful ice cream options that genuinely value their customers and provide excellent service, so I would advise you to steer clear of this particular establishment
