Not to mention the call center services a d the manager Frida, as she stated, who cannot even deal with a simple matter professionally!
And more and above, they sent me an order as apologies, and made it worst! Just leftovers and most probably expired products because it’s free and I have no idea how they dare to send such order to someone.. it’s beyond any kind of disrespect, the rice is sticky and you need a spoon to break, the shredded carrots and cucumbers which shouldn’t be there tasted like plastic and not to mention the mangos! I have taken a video and photos! They just screwed up because if complete unprofessionalism and competence of the chef and not to mention the irresponsibility of the management and quality team
Complete shame… if there is below zero star, they do deserve it

The time they cancel the orders from talabat
And yesterday I order 1 Ramadan offer they call me and they said the ingredients not available
No way no ingredients for sushi and soup and edamame in a Japanese restaurant
And who ever he call me he was super rude
He said directly we don’t have this offer u want something else or we cancel like directly
He didn’t even say sorry or something
And when I was talking in the end he just close the line in my face
Below zero not recommended at all
I will never even order from there even he will be the last sushi restaurant in Uae
