This place is house packed. If you go for breakfast over the weekends, chances are you’ve to wait for some time before you get a table. I tried their rava idli, vada, filter kappi and set dosa. The set dosa was mind blowing, full with ghee it tasted heavenly. The vada was crunchy and properly cooked, the rava idli and coffee were nice. Overall, a good south indian restaurant with full vibes.

I remember going to this place about 4-5 years ago and was very disappointed with the food.
However a friend recently suggested this place and I Visited again.
The food was so much better time
we ordered for Mangalore buns, rava masala dosa, kesari bath, idly and medu vada and filter coffee.
All of which was super.liggt on the stomach and very tasty.
They can definitely improve on the sambhar and chutney as other south Indian restaurant provide much tastier sambhar and chutney
But the food is definitely worth a try.

I cannot tell how emotional i was when i had my first bite of MTR food

It had been almost more than 2 months since i last had good south indian cuisine and moreover having MTR in dubai was special.

Had the rawa idly and masala dosa i kid you not it all tasted the same as how it tastes back in bangalore
Except for the chutney it was a little diluted and spice quotient was according to Dubai taste palette but other than that it was just perfect ????

Must visit if you are feeling home sick.

Great food. Bisibelabhat was truly delicious.
Quick service with comfortable seating area. Filter coffee is really good.

mTR is a great experience overall, the mini Tiffin and the Rava dosa were pretty amazing. The dosas are usually red rice and are delectable. The South Indian thali was pretty good too. Staff is friendly and will give you good suggestions.

Brilliant to next level… best dosa in dubai… even the rava idli and vada is super nice… their podi is the best, they put in rava dosa and podi dosa… also the ragi dosa is differnet and nice and lite… must visit definitely!

We know MTR for many years now. Have been several times in Singapore and also in Dubai here. Best dosa. Always very good quality, affordable prices and friendly and helpful staff. Always a pleasure.
