I started 5 month ago my journey with this institute , it’s one of the best places to reach you goals.. in terms on learning, improving and adding a value to your education..
Special thanks to my teacher (Manal) thank you for all your support, patient and the energy you spend with us, you give everyone lots of love while teaching us.
Thank you for each and everyone working hard in this place, with the love and support you guys give us you make this place a home for us.

They were insistent on payment before providing education, and they treated me poorly. After I took a roll in the building and did the placement test, the staff immediately directed me to the payment machine and repeatedly pressured me to pay, stating that the offer would expire if I did not act quickly. Despite my attempts to express my reservations about registering and inquire about the course, he insisted that I could not leave without paying, as he had already created a file and documents for me.

Eventually, I was charged more then one thousand AED without receiving any actual services or education. This was my first experience of such poor treatment. Furthermore, prior to enrolling, I had asked the institute for information about the course fees, but they failed to provide accurate details.

Despite my utmost respect and appreciation, I couldn't help but feel that I was in a bazaar more than in an academic institute.

Next time, I should have read the comments on Google before. After going through many of them, I realized that the feedback was generally negative.

I'm disappointed with the company's lack of transparency when it came to their fees. During my phone call, they failed to mention that there was an assignment test fee, let alone that the fee was negotiable. I found it unprofessional that they only brought up the fee after the fact and offered to negotiate the price down from 400 AED to 250 AED without any basis.

Worst experience I have , they have informed me if I didn’t register with them I will pay small fees amount for the test and after they have changed me 500 because I didn’t register with them because of their price really they don’t know anything about customer experience or satisfaction they want to sell that’s all

The institute has an incredibly fun learning environment as the teachers are so friendly and passionate about working with students. In addition,the tuition is fairly reasonable in the market.
Highly recommend it!

My friend was told to do a rank test when he just visited to collect information regarding the exams conducted by them, but they didn’t inform about the payment for the test and indirectly once done with the test asked to pay for test because they lack the sense to communicate about the basic things like if you do this test you would have to pay for it, if you don’t register for the course.

My own opinion, there are more into commercials,, i had a call from sales representative and didn’t expect that attitude it was frustrating.

IEnglish is a fantastic environment for learning English. They have a great team especially staff Mossab he really very helping. I felt very comfortable learning English with teacher . I noticed my spoken and written English need more improve and they really helping me . And i hope my language will be more improve in the coming days .... thanks .
