IFA residential services provide THE WORST SERVICES. I had bad experience with them before at the same building but there is another issue now - I have water dripping from the ceiling in the closet, I called at night and was said that someone from the concerned department will contact me. It has been more than 12 hours; the water is dripping, and no one even tried to contact. It is a closet, so, the furniture is getting damaged, it becomes very humid, the clothing becomes damp.
Logically there should be an emergency team who can come an assist with situations like this. Nope, no one came, no matter how many times I was calling and asking. If I had a chance to change the maintenance company I would happily do, but unfortunately, they are servicing the building I live in, so I depend on them.

Absolutely useless. I haven't had AC for 5 days in the middle of the summer in Dubai and I am unable to speak to the management team. They even fixed the AC less than 6 months ago and want me to pay again.

The worst service ever. They just want to steel money from tenants and landlords. My security deposit refund has been pending with them since Sep.!

Worthless, after management change 1.5 years ago! No follow-ups or action on requests, staff doesn't care, the management doesn't seem to either.
