Not met the expectation. The beach is tiny and too hot in the beach.

We lived 1.5 months here in 1 bdr apartments with two children and this is my best experience in Dubai! First of all, the location was amazing thanks to Fairmont we were able to use the beach every day for free, as well as use the pool and kids club.
The apartments are more than spacious 117 m2, fully furnished and equipped with necessary household appliances. Spacious bathroom and dressing room. Everything - from the furniture to the hospitality of the hostesses left warm memories and gratitude in my heart!

The area is having everything what one is looking in an uptown area in Dubai. And surprisingly, Costs of property r less than going rates in less privileged areas in metropolitan India,with a better rental return tax free.

I liked the palm jumeirah and the underwater tunnel it was so mysterious and nice to it was good to be there.

Best residential place, you have money you live like a king in Dubai, best place to enjoy and have a really relaxed life with good experience see it to believe it !!

Since I live here I love this place. Plus we have a nice swimming pool. And a promenade by the sea shore where you can enjoy a stroll or go jogging and also it is full of restaurants to satisfy each taste.
