INK Hotel was a delight for us to stay at, and it was a genuinely great experience. All aspects of our stay—from the time we arrived until we left surpassed our expectations. Our experience here was definitely remarkable because of the excellent service we received and impeccable attention to detail.

In addition, I'd want to point out that the staff was friendly and demonstrated a genuine dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. We stayed here for three days, and they consistently offered to go above and above to accommodate our demands, which improved the whole experience.

The room (the design on a part of the room wall gives great aesthetic pleasure) and the view were nothing short of spectacular.

We will definitely stay here again. See you soon!

A nice place and loved the food.
Ivy was an amazing receptionist. I really enjoyed her service. Food was good (they provide free chips for beer). The guacamole was spicy and flavourful. It was enchanting. The sweet potato fries and Mexican fries were amazing and crisp. The quesadilla was cheesy and delicious.
Overall, a good place with great food

As a resident in the area, I have the chance to stop over for a coffee in the Bistro by INK and enjoy a good cup of coffee. I do really appreciate the professional and friendly staff, Nina and Abdul Jabbar, who are truly passionate about their work and introduced me to their menu and services in the hotel. The place is modern and with great atmosphere, great ambience music, to feel good vibes and welcome. I truly recommend discovering the place and enjoying the hotel and facilities. I will be back. Thank you!!!

1,2,3,4 5 times but now it's enough. This security keeps on bullying me, everywhere I park, strangely other cars or guest can do it, this is totally unacceptable... As long there is no change, I am out. Parking is small yes, and mostly full.. But I am usually having a coffee for 15 minutes.. I suggest you keep your security staff busy as they seem very much bored. Despite the nice staff, I will take. My morning coffee elsewhere

Teach your employees to be more attentive! Namely, in the cafe area. I waited a long time for my order to be accepted, but I didn't wait and I went to the counter myself when the guy was just looking at his phone. They do not wash the table well if it is dirty. They don't warn their guests if the shift is over and another waiter is serving us. We ran to look for our waiter, but he was not there, he had already left the shift, and no one warned us about it. It's disrespectful and rude. We should be told that another waiter will serve us. Why should we run around and look for someone who can serve us further?

I really recommend INK hotel. It was really nice, the staff very welcoming and friendly, big up to Nina she's amazing (and if you're French, she talks some, l appreciate it). The breakfast is really nice too (the croissants are super good). The rooms are clean and nice. And I also like the fact that the metro is only a 5-10min walk.
